This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record of scaling businesses in emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with the companyâs vision and objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Africa, tailoring strategies to local contexts and consumer behaviors.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Data Analytics: Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, derive insights, and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.
Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in growth marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the fintech or startup ecosystem.
- Expertise in analytics tools and CRM.
- Deep understanding of the African market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
