All contributing to seamless supply chain execution. Job Description: - Design and implement a fulfilment strategy aligned to countrywide service-level objectives
- Oversee performance across a network of warehouses and dispatch centers
- Champion warehouse risk management, safety protocols, and compliance
- Drive high standards in order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory integrity
- Lead automation, technology adoption, and fulfilment optimization initiatives
- Report monthly and quarterly with insights and recommendations for Executive Leadership and the Board
- Collaborate with other unit teams to meet evolving client demands
- Drive a culture of high performance, compliance and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management; (CIPS and/or MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 8 years in senior warehouse/logistics management roles
- Track record of managing warehouses in multiple locations
- Strong understanding of logistics risk management and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
