Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gayaza for the Head of Finance position. The Head of Finance will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and the preparation of accurate financial statements. The role will also include overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with leadership to maintain fiscal transparency and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial management
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision making
Understanding of finance and accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage financial teams effectively
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced degree (CPA or ACCA)
