Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Brand Design to lead our design team and redefine our visual identity. This role is ideal for a creative leader who is passionate about crafting compelling, innovative designs that resonate with our audience and align with our Christian mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement brand design strategies that align with the station’s goals to attract and retain viewers.
• Manage and oversee the design of various project deliverables including creative mood boards, brand guidelines, environmental designs, and on-air graphics.
• Lead the creation of 3D logo reveals, realistic studio set designs, and digital assets such as fliers, posters, and billboards.
• Guide audio enhancement directions and on-air talent photoshoots.
• Build and manage a design team capable of delivering high-quality projects and providing training and support to junior team members.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards for visual communication and style.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in brand design, preferably in a media or broadcasting environment.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion and still design.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience in team management.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in environmental and office space branding.
• Skilled in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Deep understanding and appreciation of Christian values and ethos.
