Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and manage resources. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. In-depth Knowledge of Curriculum Development and Pedagogy: Understanding of different teaching methodologies and curriculum frameworks. Knowledge of Cambridge International Qualifications: Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment practices. Experience in a Primary School Setting: Previous experience as a teacher or in a leadership role within a primary school is often preferred.
