Qualifications and Experience - At least eight (8) years of relevant experience within the safari industry.
- Advanced USAGA certification and a valid driving license.
- Expertise in ornithology, ethology, photography, and walking safaris.
- Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a professional guiding team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, complemented by knowledge of the Kabale region and Rukiga setting as a key advantage in guest relations.
- Provide strategic leadership in guiding services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and safety.

- Oversee vehicle maintenance and park regulation compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and assess the guiding team.
