Job Summary To lead kitchen operations by ensuring high food quality, menu consistency, cost control, and efficient kitchen management. Key Responsibilities - Supervise kitchen operations.
- Develop and execute menus.
- Ensure food quality standards.
- Manage food costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train culinary staff.
- Monitor inventory and purchasing.
Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
- Extensive professional culinary experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
