- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support cooks and chefs with basic food prep as needed.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Develop and update cocktail and beverage menus.
- Oversee bar operations, including stock control and ordering.
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
