Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for hatchery equipment.
- Manage incubation processes to achieve 100% hatch rate per breed standard.
- Monitor and minimize water, power, and fuel usage.
- Oversee maintenance of premises and compound facilities.
- Control the inventory of spare parts.
- Train, coach, and motivate maintenance staff.
- Budget for and implement the maintenance section's budget.
- Ensure compliance with local/national regulations.
Candidate Profile: - Education: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering. An Electrical Diploma with experience is also acceptable.
- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a production environment.
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge or experience in incubation management and hatchery operations is an added advantage.
- Other: Must have team and leadership experience.
