This role strengthens preventive security management, incident response, compliance, and stakeholder engagement in line with the Group’s expanding footprint and asset base. Qualifications & Experience - Mandatory: Former Police Officer (Ex-Uganda Police Force).
- Minimum Rank: Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) or above.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ relevant experience in security operations, investigations, or risk management.
- Proven experience managing security for multiple sites and properties.
- Formal training in security management, criminology, risk management, or related field is an added advantage.
- Former Police Officer (Ex-Uganda Police Force).
