- Experience running multi-country or regional operations
- Strong plant and equipment exposure
- Track record of managing complex construction businesses
- Experience in Africa or emerging markets strongly preferred
Education - Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management
- MBA or executive management qualification (advantageous)
Experience - 10–20 years in piling, geotechnical or heavy civil engineering
- 5+ years in a General Manager, Managing Director, Regional Director or Country Director role
- Full financial performance responsibility
- Experience managing plant-intensive operations
- Strong commercial and contractual background (FIDIC)
