Duties and responsibilities:
Graphic design and still Image Creation
• Create eye-catching artwork, social media posts, banners, and ads using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Develop creative marketing visuals for product launches, promotions, and events.
• Design motion graphics & GIFs to enhance digital campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives.
Video production and editing
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create engaging product showcase videos, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
• Implement transitions, effects and text animations to make content visually appealing.
• Stay updated on the latest TikTok & social media trends to create viral content.
Content strategy and execution
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital assets.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
• Meet deadlines even when during multiple projects.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Art, marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 plus years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Especially InDesign) • Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to customize design templates effectively.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Portfolio of work (especially corporate or professional services design like brochures, reports, flyers, and proposals among others)
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
• Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
