Responsibilities or duties Graphic design and still Image Creation - Create eye-catching artwork, social media posts, banners, and ads using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Develop creative marketing visuals for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Design motion graphics & GIFs to enhance digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives.
Video production and editing - Shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create engaging product showcase videos, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Implement transitions, effects and text animations to make content visually appealing.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok & social media trends to create viral content.
Content strategy and execution - Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital assets.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
- Meet deadlines even when during multiple projects.
Qualifications or requirements Qualifications and Key Competencies - Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Art, marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 plus years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Especially InDesign)
- Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to customize design templates effectively.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Portfolio of work (especially corporate or professional services design like brochures, reports, flyers, and proposals among others)
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
