Job Summary: Â Â We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in partnership with FIIINDIT, our design, web and marketing partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message across various platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that engage our target audience and drive business results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Â Â ?
Design Creation: Conceptualise and create original designs for a wide range of projects, including print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters), digital assets (e.g., website graphics, social media content, email templates), and marketing collateral.
?Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
?Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and project managers to understand project requirements, gather necessary information, and deliver designs that meet the specified goals and objectives. Work video editor on creating static video elements where necessary.
?Presentation and Feedback: Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to refine the designs.
?Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, images, templates, and style guides. Ensure that all files are properly labelled and archived for easy retrieval.
?Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress updates to team members and clients.
?Research and Inspiration: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques. Conduct research to gather inspiration and insights that inform design decisions.
?Quality Assurance: Review final designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure that all designs meet high-quality standards before delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Alternatively, self learning tutorials you have followed can be shared.
?Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is essential.
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as experience with Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro or Davinci Resolve to occasionally assist the videographer.
?Creative Skills: Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition. Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually appealing designs.
?Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, identify design challenges, and develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

?Work Environment: This position may require working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Flexibility in hours may be needed to accommodate project timelines.
Portfolio Submission: Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing previous design work, including a variety of projects and mediums.
