Key Responsibilities: - Conduct donor and grant opportunity mapping.
- Draft, edit, and package concept notes and proposals.
- Work with technical teams to align proposals with programmatic priorities.
- Track donor calls and deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain a database of donors, opportunities, and partnerships.
- Support report writing and grant compliance requirements.
Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field (Masterâs is an added advantage).
- At least 5 yearsâ experience in proposal writing, donor engagement, or grants management.
- Demonstrated ability to secure grants or contracts.
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical research skills.
- Familiarity with different donor systems.
- Fluency in French for the candidate applying for Francophone
