Ensibuuko is a Ugandan fintech company focused on providing digital tools for SACCOs and savings groups to improve access to financial services in unbanked communities. Our main revenue comes from licensing microfinance platforms, mobile money transactions, and digital loan services.
Program Objective:
The Graduate Trainee Program aims to offer recent graduates practical experience, professional skills, and knowledge in the fintech and financial inclusion sectors. This program helps Ensibuuko build a strong talent pool to support future growth and innovation.
Program Overview:
The program lasts 12 months and offers:
• Departmental Rotations: Experience different business functions.
• Workshops: Enhance technical and soft skills.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals.
• Networking: Connect with industry experts.
