Yalelo Uganda is hiring a Graduate Trainee – Stores to provide an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and take the first step toward a rewarding career.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials or stock items to authorized departments.
• Update bin cards, ledger books, and digital inventory systems.
• Tag, label, and arrange items neatly in designated warehouse locations for easy retrieval.
• Participate in routine physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit
• Assist in preparing daily stock movement reports and analyzing inventory data.
• Readiness to work in an active warehouse environment that may involve standing or lifting.

Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, or related business field.
• Should be a recent graduate (2023–2026) with a Second Class Upper or above.
• Should be willing to learn with a positive attitude.
