Ekam Coffee Ltd. jobs in Uganda JOB DETAILS: Role summary: The Administrative intern will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Exam Coffee Limited through a range of administrative and organizational tasks. This internship is for three months with possibility of permanent confirmation thereafter. Performance Goal: To promptly ensure smooth running and coordination of office operations. Key Result Areas: Duties & Responsibilities: ⢠Organizing and managing physical and digital filing systems. ⢠Ensuring timeliness, cleanliness and tidiness of the office, safe custody, security and confidentiality of official information and documents in the office. ⢠Ordering office supplies and coordinating repairs to ensure proper office functionality. ⢠Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls over the Organizationâs Official lines. ⢠Ensure the Office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. ⢠Provide basic and accurate information about the company in person and via phone/email. ⢠Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents. ⢠Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc. ⢠Contribute to periodic social media content and online updates. ⢠Assisting in the organization of meetings, appointments, and events. ⢠Supporting the preparation, formatting, and editing of reports, memos, and presentations. ⢠Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: ⢠Bachelorâs degree in any related field. ⢠Experience in managing a reception and customer service is of added advantage. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications and Social media/online content management. Prior experience is also helpful. ⢠Confident and Bubbly personality. ⢠Good organizational and multitasking skills. ⢠Age: 23-27 years.
