Victoria Motors is launching its inaugural Graduate Development Programme for 2026/2027 in partnership with Kyusa Institute. This programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness, developing technically competent, professionally capable, and values-driven young professionals. The programme is structured around the Head, Hands and Heart Development Model, focusing on building knowledge and business understanding (HEAD), developing practical skills through apprenticeships and real-world experience (HANDS), and cultivating integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic (HEART).
Selected participants will engage in a structured learning experience that includes workplace apprenticeship, mentorship, in-person workshops, virtual learning, self-paced online courses, and practical business improvement projects. Applicants must have access to a functional smartphone and/or laptop to participate in online learning.
- Fleet supervision, automotive mechanics and technical operations.
- Sales, customer relations, business development and commercial operations.
- Administration, finance, accounting and business support operations.
- Structured learning experience combining workplace apprenticeship, mentorship, in-person workshops, virtual learning, self-paced online courses and practical business improvement projects.
