- Experience must include branch management and a proven track record of developing systems and procedures in a large organisation.
- Knowledge of Ugandan banking regulations and statutory requirements.
Required Skills: - Skills in reading and interpreting financial reports, analysing trends, financial/business management skills at a high level.
- Advanced process management skills
- Good knowledge of IT (worksheet manipulations)
- Advanced people management skills â large and diverse team
- Communicating with impact
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Formulating concepts and strategies
- Leading and Supervising
- Relating and networking
- Understanding data and generating solutions
