This includes leading, Monitoring and Evaluation, cross functional teams, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities: ⢠Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share. ⢠Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams, including department heads, to achieve business objectives. ⢠Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. ⢠Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility. ⢠Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's reputation, financials, or operations. ⢠Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. ⢠Change Management: Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives. ⢠Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel. ⢠Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. ⢠Innovation: Encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, driving the development of new products, services, and processes. ⢠Structures and Policies: Putting in place company Systems, Structures and Policies, Trainings of employees and the likes. ⢠Bids: Lead on Bidding, finding opportunities, Fillings and Quoting.
