Job Summary To oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, staff performance, and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily restaurant operations.
- Develop business strategies.
- Manage budgets and financial performance.
- Supervise departmental managers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff.
- Monitor operational performance indicators.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
