You will handle customer inquiries, assist in part selection, manage inventory, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, providing technical advice, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Selling Parts: Actively selling spare parts and related equipment to customers, including retail customers, garages, and fleet owners.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers in identifying the right parts, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ensuring parts are stocked and readily available, and coordinating with the warehouse for restocking.
- Order Processing: Processing customer orders, raising invoices, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical advice to customers regarding the suitability of different parts and accessories for their needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Knowledge: Staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports and providing insights on market trends.
Skills and Qualities: - Strong sales and customer service skills: Building rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of the products being sold.
- Technical knowledge: A good understanding of the parts and equipment being sold, including their specifications, applications, and potential uses.
