Psalms Food Industries Ltd has risen an award-winning company with an over 20 product portfolio under the brand – SUMZ. Distributed across the region in supermarkets as well as the regular corner shops.
Job Summary: Â Â Following our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager- Sales and Marketing-to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth for our brand and product portfolio.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Â Â As the GM- Sales and Marketing you will:
- Supervise the Sales and Marketing managers
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition. and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team and oversee brand management for Sumz and other products.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital. social media. events. etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends. and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure sales and marketing success.
- Coordinate effectively with other functions (Finance. HR. IT, Procurement. Manufacturing and Operations) to achieve business goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue Growth
- Market Share expansion
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Achieve a 5:1 Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Brand Awareness
- Lead Generation & Conversion Rates
- Customer Retention Rate
- Digital Engagement (website traffic, CTR, social media)
- Campaign ROI
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Marketing, Business. or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of marketing experience. with 5+ years in FMCG/food industry leadership.
- Proven success in brand management digital marketing. and campaign execution,
- Strong analytical. leadership. and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Analytics, arc social media tools.

- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing

- Excellent communication. interpersonal and customer service skits
- Knowledge of Data analysis and report writing
- The ability to understand and follow company policy and procedures
