aBi Development Ltd in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation the International Womenâs Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda and Café Africa Uganda (CAU), is implementing the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) Programme, a five-year initiative designed to enhance economic empowerment, resilience, leadership, and access to dignified and fulfilling work for young women entrepreneurs in the coffee value chain and complementary enterprises in Uganda.
The programme focuses on addressing market system barriers, skills gaps, and access to finance constraints while strengthening ecosystem actors that support young women to transition into dignified and fulfilling work. The EYE-C Programme operates in the coffee-growing regions of Central, Eastern, Western, and South-Western Uganda.
Qualifications or requirements
Interested applicants must possess a bachelorâs degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Sciences, or a related field.
