Job Description/Requirements Reports To: Executive Director Position Overview: The Funds Development Manager will lead fundraising efforts, secure funding through grants, donations, and partnerships, and manage donor relationships to ensure Elite HST’s financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Identify and pursue diverse funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain donor relationships.
- Write grant proposals and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track fundraising income and expenses.
- Represent Elite HST at events to promote the organization.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of fundraising or grant writing experience.
- Excellent communication and grant writing skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
