The Funds Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Elite HST's fundraising strategies to secure diverse funding sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships. This role involves managing donor relationships, preparing compelling grant proposals, and ensuring financial sustainability to support the organization's

Job Description/Requirements

Reports To: Executive Director

Position Overview:

The Funds Development Manager will lead fundraising efforts, secure funding through grants, donations, and partnerships, and manage donor relationships to ensure Elite HST’s financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
Identify and pursue diverse funding opportunities.
Build and maintain donor relationships.
Write grant proposals and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Collaborate with the finance team to track fundraising income and expenses.
Represent Elite HST at events to promote the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of fundraising or grant writing experience.
Excellent communication and grant writing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
