This dual focus ensures operational excellence, reduced support tickets, and improved customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Training - Deliver structured training on FTTH deployment, splicing, OTDR testing, and fault resolution.
- Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct hands-on workshops for new recruits and refresher sessions for existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and SLA requirements.
2. Soft Skills Training - Train teams on customer interaction, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Build communication skills for reporting, documentation, and teamwork.
- Foster accountability, professionalism, and organizational identity.
- Coach staff on adaptability, stress management, and problem-solving.
3. Program Development - Design quantifiable training modules with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR to align training with performance evaluation systems.
- Integrate feedback loops from NOC, support teams, and field supervisors.
