Job Description/Requirements Industry: Hospitality(Hotel) Location: Kampala Salary Range: UGX 1,000,000-1,800,000 Job duties - Oversee front desk operations including guest check in/out, reservations and concierge services
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure professional service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements - Atleast a diploma in Hospitality or a related field Atleast 3 years of experience in a supervisory front office role
- Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills
