We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk, ensure smooth guest check-in/out processes, and lead our front office team to deliver top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities ⢠Supervise and coordinate all front office activities, including reception, reservations, guest services, and concierge. ⢠Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high service standards. ⢠Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure swift resolutions. ⢠Manage front office budgets, schedules, and reports. ⢠Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed. ⢠Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements ⢠Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. ⢠Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. ⢠Strong leadership and organizational skills. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ⢠Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. ⢠Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. ⢠Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
