Job Description/Requirements Company Description RentBeta is a one-stop rental solution that provides a better way to rent for both landlords and tenants. Our technology reduces cost, drives efficiency, and tenant experience. We have best-in-class tools to save tenants and landlords stress, time, and money. Objectives of this role - Create design- and user-focused experiences.
- Build personalized and customized features for users.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Develop standard code that can serve as the foundation of future projects.
- Perform tasks accurately and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with our CTO and back-end developers to complete projects.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups of site/application designs.
- Maintain and improve the website and our applications.
- Turn feedback into custom solutions for client needs.
- Optimize sites/apps to improve performance and efficiency.
- Write reusable code and functional requirements.
- Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Author technical documentation
Required skills - Problem solving skills.
- Fluency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Strong technical portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of abilities
- Experience with graphic design applications such as the Adobe suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Experience with browser testing and debugging.
- Understanding of SEO concepts
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-facing experience
