Job Summary: The Front Desk Officer should be; Computer literate, problem solver, able to multi task, good time manager, good communicator, self-driven and with strong integrity. You will be the face of the company for all visitors, and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Duties and Responsibilities: ⢠Keep office tidy and presentable. ⢠Welcome visitors and answer queries. ⢠Address or forward complaints ⢠Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. ⢠Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. ⢠Handle clerical and secretarial duties. ⢠Scheduling meetings and appointments. ⢠Take up other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal applicant for the Legitimate Investments Front Desk Officer Position should have: ⢠Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position with a reputable institution. ⢠In-depth knowledge of computers especially MS Office applications especially words, excel. ⢠At least a Diploma in any business related courses from a recognized institution specializing in the following areas: Microfinance Accounting and Finance Marketing (both traditional and digital) Secretarial studies Human Resource Management ⢠A credit in English and Mathematics at O level ⢠Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping ⢠Very good communication skills both oral and written. ⢠Familiar with office machines such as fax, printer, photocopier, shredder, etc ⢠Smart, organized and presentable. ⢠Very flexible with good team work and collaboration abilities. ⢠Age: Female between 25â 33 years
