Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Welcome guests to the office, determine their purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Respond to inquiries made through phone calls and email, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages, and ensure that they are distributed to the right departments or persons.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for new supplies as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest's logs, phone calls, and other relevant information.
Key Requirements: - A female presentable Ugandan candidate is preferred for this role and should be of age between 22 years to 26 years.
- Attach your digital current colored passport photo on your cover letter and CV.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with different types of people.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or after-hours when necessary.
