The successful candidate will oversee all front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage reservations, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in hotel front office or guest services management. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage room reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of Property Management Systems (PMS), reservations, and billing systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare and manage front office budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and hospitality.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements: - 3â5 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services.
- 1â2 years of previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PMS, reservations, and billing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
