- Manage patient registration, appointments and front office records using hospital systems.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
Soft Skills - Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of Kiswahili language will be an added advantage.
Education & Requirements Education: - Recent university graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.
Industry Experience: - Receive and guide patients, visitors and attendants while ensuring excellent customer care at the hospital front desk.
