FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR / RESORT SUPERVISOR
(Includes Receptionist Duties)
Gender: Female
Age: 26 â 30 years
Education: Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in the hospitality industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage front desk operations and assist guests.
Perform receptionist duties (check-ins, check-outs, reservations).
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate staff schedules and attendance.
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
Liaise with other departments.
Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls.
Assist with procurement, inventory and office supplies.
Ensure compliance with resort policies and hospitality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience working in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of front office operations and hotel management systems.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge of hotel PMS is an added advantage).
Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
