Job Summary: We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the sale of construction materials and exceptional relationship management skills. Additionally he/she should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the construction industry; as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of construction materials, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, developers, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Leverage an established network to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Year/s of Experience
- 3-5

- Preferred Personality Traits: Confident, charismatic, and persuasive. Strong interpersonal skills to manage and grow client relationships. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle sales challenges. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
