Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle daily administrative tasks
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate information
- Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, interviews, and client consultations.
- Serve as main contact, handling inquiries, scheduling, and client-candidate coordination.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
