Job Summary: Â This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Black Knight Africa in Kampala. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting marketing staff with office based requests, communicating with stakeholders, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration duties.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Â
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in handling office equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Work Experience in office administration tasks of at least 2 years
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with IT services is a plus
- Relevant certifications or diploma in Office Administration or related field
- Best for persons staying in Ntinda or near Ntinda
