The school provides an academic environment that permits learning, play and the wholistic growth of the child. It is fully registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.

Job Summary:  Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment? The Stoneridge School is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to be the central point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
• Manage and direct all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain a well-organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and preparing reports.
• Support the school’s daily operations by coordinating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
• Handle student attendance records and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role (preferably in a school setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
