Key Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Strategy: - Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with SMIOMALL’s brand goals and target audience.
- Identify key platforms and channels for engagement and growth.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
Content Creation and Management: - Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives and product promotions.
Community Engagement and Relationship Building: - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Engage with followers in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions, concerns, and comments.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: - Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Use insights to refine content strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure SMIOMALL remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
Brand Representation: - Act as a brand ambassador for SMIOMALL, promoting its values, products, and initiatives across social media platforms.
- Participate in online communities and forums relevant to the brand, contributing positively to discussions and fostering brand loyalty.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings, showcasing SMIOMALL’s presence and engaging with potential customers and partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing trends and audience preferences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
