Job Summary: Â Â We are searching for a sharp and organized Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team! In this role, you will be supporting a dynamic team in a professional and positive work environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to assigned staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Compose and proofread professional correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate and assist with events and conferences.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a corporate or reputable office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- Smart, well-presented, and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
