Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assisting with tasks such as reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails, answering and returning phone calls, organizing documents, maintaining records and taking notes at meetings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or a related field
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- Should be adept at using technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail
