- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Develop menus and dining concepts aligned with luxury positioning
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment
Core Competencies - Culinary operations management
- Cost control and inventory management
- Guest experience excellence
- Team leadership
