Victoria Forest Resort is a beachfront resort located on Bugala Island which is the largest island of the Ssese archipelago. The Ssese archipelago consists of 84 Islands. Victoria Forest Resort provides views over Lake Victoria. Guests can relax beside the outdoor pool, in the extensive tropical gardens, or at our White Sand Beach. All of the rooms and cottages feature modern décor, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The hotel features a restaurant that prepares a variety of international cuisine and local dishes.
Job Summary: Â Victoria Forest Resort Ltd invites applications from qualified Ugandans to fill the above entry level position in our Food & Beverage department
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage Management
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene
Good Communication Skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Restaurant Management Software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of International and Local Cuisine
Problem-Solving Skills
Strong Leadership and People Management Skills
