NB: Relocation to Kampala, Uganda is required. What you will need: - Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- Business savviness, interest in business development & management
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-orientation with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English
- Can-do attitude and ownership mindset
Will be considered as an advantage: - Previous experience in the fields of finance, business administration, project management and similar
What you will do: - Support strategic initiatives for cost efficiency gains through data-driven analysis and financial insights
- Manage and develop a procurement system based on the global best practices
- Maintain relationships with banking and other financial partners
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure cost efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments and management to gather information and improve financial accuracy
- Participate in monthly management reporting and budgeting process
