Financial Controller KEY RESPONSIBLITIES - Prepare and review IFRS-compliant statutory financial statements.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, Excise Duty, and Corporate Income Tax
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange еxровци.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance framirworks
- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury and Accounts Payable teams
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- ICPAU membership or eligibility
- Strong ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a Financial Controller or simular senior finance role.
- Experience with IFRS reporting, biex compliance, URA audits, treasury, accounts payable, and external audits.
- Telecommunications industry experience is an added advantage
