We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial and operational performance of a continuous production operation with weekly delivery targets to our contractor.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Manage budgets, COGS, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate imports and supplier schedules to prevent stock-outs.
• Analyse costs and implement efficiency improvements.
• Supervise operational staff and promote accountability.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CPA (U), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial control, cost management, or operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and planning skills.
