The role includes tracking and analyzing agent transaction behaviour to prevent income leakage through irregular commission payouts, and providing technical leadership for all wallet-related operations across the Bank3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /KEY DELIVERABLES - Lead the design and oversight of the Bank’s wallet control environment, including controls to monitor and track agent transaction behaviour and prevent income leakage through commission fraud.
- PrepareandpresentdatadrivenDigitalFinancialServices(DFS)relatedreports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting guidelines under the National Payment System (NPS) guidelines.
- Serveasthecentralrepositoryforallfinancialandmanagementinformation related to the Bank’s wallet operations.
- Providetechnicalandfunctionalleadershiponallwallet-relatedprojects.
- Planandleadtheexternal&internalauditcyclesofthebank’swallet.
- nalyzeagentdatatoidentifytrends,patterns,andpotentialanomalies.
- Developwalletautomatedreportinganddynamicdashboardsbasedonagent
- behaviour.
- Write,designanddevelopqueriesthatanalyzeagentdatainthewalletsystem.
- Design daily, weekly and monthly wallet checklists that monitor and track BUSINESS BEHAVIOURS
- wallet operations to ensure the bank doesn’t lose money.

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in wallet operations with a
- demonstrable track record in the control environment.
- Excellent communication, business presentation and analytical skills with
- good general knowledge of wallet operations and controls.
- Abilitytoanalyzeandevaluatedatainawalletenvironmentforacceptability
- and correctness.
- Excellentinterpersonalskillsrequiredinliaisingwithpeopleatdifferentlevels
- within the bank.
- Excellentplanningandorganisationskills.
- Abilitytoworkunderpressuretomeettightdeadlines.
- Relevant stakeholder management experience along with strong decision
