Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Kampala. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend suitable insurance, pension, and investment solutions. Daily tasks include preparing financial plans, conducting product presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, reviewing clients’ portfolios regularly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support business growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, markets, and portfolio performance.

Candidates should possess Retirement Planning skills to guide clients on long-term income and pension strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.

Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an added advantage.

Proven ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and maintain high ethical standards.

Familiarity with insurance, pensions, and investment products in the Ugandan market is beneficial.
